Your shopping bag
The shopping bag stores product IDs, selected variants, and quantities in your browser’s local storage. It does not include payment information. You can clear it by removing bag items or deleting site data.
Checkout & customer support
When you request shipping or place an order, we collect your name, email, delivery address, selected products, and order and payment references to calculate shipping and tax, process your order, and provide support. Stripe processes your card details; our store does not receive or store your full card number. If you email us, Gmail processes your message. Newsletter signups are not currently collected.
Pass the Light stories
If you join Pass the Light, we save your story, optional first name, and submission date using Amazon Web Services. Stories are private until reviewed; approved stories and the name you choose are shown publicly on the community wall. Leaving the name blank displays Anonymous. Private review notifications go to the store owner by email. We use a short-lived hash derived from your IP address to limit spam; rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion after two hours. Lifted in Prayer also stores your prayer request and optional first name. Requests stay private until approved. Approved requests, first names (or Anonymous), prayer counts, and answered labels appear publicly. Your saved private management link lets you mark a request answered or remove it from the wall; removing it does not automatically erase private records or backups. Prayer hearts use a random browser identifier stored on your device and a hashed identifier on our server to prevent repeated counts. Clearing browser storage or using another device can affect this protection. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit spam. Keep your private management link to yourself. Social media sharing is optional and separate from permission to publish on this website. We record social-sharing permission only after you select the optional checkbox, confirm in the popup, and submit. This permission covers your submission and optional first name (or Anonymous) on Seasoned & Lit social media accounts. We save the permission wording, version, and confirmation time privately. Leaving the box unchecked does not prevent website submission. Earlier submissions without this confirmation are not treated as permission to share on social media. To withdraw permission, contact seasonedandlit@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your submission. We can stop future sharing and remove posts we control, but cannot guarantee removal of copies other people have shared. Prayer requests and stories are retained to operate the community wall and review history. Please avoid sharing other people’s personal information. Who helps process your order
We use Stripe for payment and tax calculation, Printify and its print providers and carriers for production and delivery, and Amazon Web Services for checkout services and order storage. We share the information needed to provide those services. Customer delivery information is sent to Printify for shipping quotes and fulfillment. We do not sell customer information or use advertising trackers in this storefront.
Hosting & fonts
The storefront is hosted using OpenAI Sites. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs to operate and secure their services. Font files are served locally. The store uses browser local storage for your shopping bag.
Optional browsing analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we record page and product views, color and size selections, additions to your bag, and checkout visits to understand which designs people enjoy. A random identifier in session storage groups activity in this tab until 30 minutes of inactivity. Your analytics choice is saved in local storage. Reports show broad traffic-source categories and device types; we do not send full referrer URLs, search terms, URL query strings, names, email addresses, payment details, or anything typed into forms, stories, or prayer requests. Browsing records are stored using Amazon Web Services and scheduled for deletion after 35 days; backups may remain for up to seven additional days. We use a short-lived keyed hash of network information to limit abuse, scheduled for deletion after two hours, without storing the IP address in analytics records. Service providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browsing analytics. You can change your choice below. Separate private sales reports summarize verified orders without customer contact or payment details; choosing not to allow browsing analytics does not stop processing your order.
Keeping information & contacting us
Seasoned & Lit is operated by Courtney Baumann in Texas. Unpaid checkout records are scheduled for deletion after one day; service-provider records and backups may remain longer. Completed order records are retained for fulfillment, support, disputes, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact seasonedandlit@gmail.com. We review requests subject to applicable law and records we need to retain. Clearing your browser’s site data removes your saved bag.
