Shipping within the United States

We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of $45 or more after discounts and before tax, delivered within the contiguous U.S. (including Washington, DC). Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. For those destinations and orders below $45, shipping is calculated for the items and delivery address at checkout. Applicable tax is shown before payment. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

Production & delivery

Each shirt is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically adds 2–5 business days for most print providers; Alaska, Hawaii, holidays, and remote destinations may take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Items may ship separately. Contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

Returns & exchanges

Our shirts are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size or color selected incorrectly, or buyer preference. Please check the size and color before paying, and contact us if you need help choosing. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email seasonedandlit@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photographs of the item and issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before mailing anything back.

Cancellations

Email cancellation requests as soon as possible. We can only attempt cancellation before production begins; an order may enter production shortly after payment. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
